General terms of business: Payment is to be made in cash in the day of the tour. In some cases we require payment in advance by bank transfer. The guides will wait up to one hour for groups arriving late; the waiting time will be included in the total time requested. In case of foreseeable delays please contact our office: tel.: (+48) 66 00 61 352, e-mail: info@turystyka.torun.pl. Cancellations are accepted in writing up to 5 working days before the tour starts, after that a total amount will be charged. If the group does not arrive at the meeting point, the tour is regarded as carried out, and the full amount has to be paid.
